• Manage and support business applications, servers, networks, cloud systems and end-user devices.
• Provide helpdesk support and troubleshoot system, hardware, internet, POS and door lock issues.
• Administer user accounts, passwords, access rights and government portals.
• Manage IT vendors, service agreements, maintenance contracts and equipment purchases.
• Maintain IT assets, inventory records and proper disposal of equipment.
• Perform system backups, restoration checks and routine server and network maintenance.
• Monitor cybersecurity alerts, antivirus, firewall and anti-spam systems.
• Conduct cybersecurity awareness and system-user training.
• Support audits, review IT policies and ensure compliance with security requirements.
• Provide IT support to related companies and carry out other assigned duties.

JOB SUMMARY
