Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an IT Support specialist to provide end-user IT support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Intune and Entra ID environments in Singapore.

You will deploy devices, onboard users, and support migrations for Entra ID and Intune implementations, ensuring timely resolutions within SLA and a positive, uninterrupted experience for all staff.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Desktop Support or End User Computing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop, laptop, mobile device, and application support within SLA.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, authentication, MFA, and access-related issues.
• Deploy and manage Windows devices, software, and patches.
• Support device enrolment and policy deployment through Microsoft Intune.
• Assist with user onboarding, offboarding, and account administration in Entra ID.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle records.
• Support endpoint migration, testing, and post-migration user support activities.
