Job summary

RMA Contracts Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an onsite EUC and Desktop Support specialist to join our IT operations. You will resolve incidents and provide Level 2 support for Windows OS, Microsoft 365, printers, and peripherals, ensuring smooth workstations for end users.

The role covers Intune, Entra ID, meeting room tech, device deployment, asset tracking, and maintaining documentation while delivering excellent customer service within defined SLAs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in EUC L2, Desktop Support, Service Desk, or IT Infrastructure Support.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office / M365, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and meeting room technologies.
• Knowledge of asset management.
• Microsoft, ITIL, or CompTIA certification is advantageous.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
