Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an IT support specialist to provide end-user assistance for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID environments in Singapore. You will address desktop, laptop, and mobile device issues within SLA and support device deployment and onboarding for the Entra ID/Intune project.

• Must have a Diploma/Degree in IT or related discipline.
• -2-3 years of Desktop Support or End User Computing experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, M365, AD, Intune and Entra ID is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop, laptop, mobile device, and application support within SLA.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, authentication, MFA, and access-related issues.
• Deploy and manage Windows devices, software, and patches.
• Support device enrolment and policy deployment through Microsoft Intune.
• Assist with user onboarding, offboarding, and account administration in Entra ID.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle records.
• Support endpoint migration, testing, and post-migration user support activities.
