Job summary

MVO MARKETING (S) PTE LTD is seeking an IT Support professional to assist the IT & Project Manager with daily operations and project implementation. You will support desktop, server, and mobile devices, manage backups, and coordinate with vendors in Singapore.

The role requires at least 2 years in IT support, familiarity with Windows OS/server, Office 365, Power BI, and SQL, plus strong problem-solving and communication skills. On-site work in Singapore offered.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent.
• Ability to analyse, diagnose and resolve issues.
• At least 2 years in IT support and administration.
• Experience in Windows Desktop & Server O/S, anti-virus and backup software.
• Proficient in MS Office, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft SQL DB.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office 365, basic networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Good team player with good communication skills.
