Job summary

Legacy FA Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IT Executive to provide Level 1 IT support, manage network operations, conduct detailed data analytics, and ensure robust system UAT.

The role demands a hands-on, proactive individual with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, and a willingness to work after hours when required. A Diploma/Degree in IT and 2–4 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 2–4 years of IT support, network management, data analytics and UAT experience.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems.
• Experience in conducting UAT and documenting test reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for IT inquiries and issues with timely resolution.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and basic network issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and assist in procurement.
• Perform advanced data analysis using Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP, Power Query, macros).
• Generate reports to support business decisions and ensure data integrity.
• Assist in automating repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
• Conduct comprehensive UAT for new systems or upgrades.
• Identify, document, and report system defects with developers.
• Provide feedback to improve system usability and effectiveness.
• Prepare offer letters and related documentation.
• Be available for after-office hours and weekend support when needed.
• Assist in IT projects such as upgrades, migrations, or implementations.
• Deliver IT training/workshops for end-users.

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated IT Executive to provide Level 1 IT support, manage network operations, conduct detailed data analytics, and ensure robust system User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The role requires a hands-on, proactive individual with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution.


• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues.


• Maintain an inventory of IT assets and assist in hardware/software procurement.


• Perform advanced data analysis using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, and macros).


• Generate and interpret detailed reports to support business decisions. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across various systems.


• Assist in automating repetitive tasks using Excel or other tools to improve efficiency.


• Conduct comprehensive UAT for new systems or system upgrades to validate functionality and performance.


• Identify, document, and report system defects and work closely with developers to resolve them.


• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve system usability and effectiveness.


• Prepare and issue letters of offer and other necessary documentation.


• Be available for after-office hours and weekend support as required to resolve critical issues or meet project deadlines.


• Assist in IT-related projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, or software implementations.


• Conduct IT training or workshops for end-users as needed.


• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting, device security knowledge, understanding backup/ recovery process and analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.


• Knowledge on Microsoft Office 365, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data visualization tools.


• Solid understanding of networking principles and system testing methodologies.


• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.


• Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical users.


• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.


• High level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.


• 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT support, network management, data analytics, and UAT.


• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems.


• Experience in conducting UAT and documenting detailed test reports.


• Knowledge of basic scripting or automation tools is a plus.


• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, when necessary.


• Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
