Job summary

1S Staffing Services is seeking an IT Support professional to provide desktop, laptop, mobile and tablet troubleshooting, and both onsite and remote assistance for customers in Singapore. The role requires basic Windows Server knowledge (AD/DHCP/DNS), networking basics, and effective liaison with external stakeholders.

The candidate should have a diploma or certificate in IT/Computer Engineering with 3–5 years of technical support experience, plus strong communication skills for VIP support and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in IT/Computer Engineering with 3–5 years of working experience in technical support.
• Experience in basic networking support.
• Experience in Windows OS platforms (7/8/10/11) and MS Office applications.
• Experience in supporting mobile and tablet devices (iOS and Android).
• VIP support experience with strong communication to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices and tablets.
• Provide basic Windows Server knowledge (AD/DHCP/DNS etc).
• Perform basic networking support (LAN, Wireless).
• Log and oversee computer security and antivirus updates.
• Provide weekly reports to external stakeholders (Excel reports).
• Liaise with external stakeholders and vendors.
• Provide onsite and remote IT support for customers.
• Hands-on experience with remote support software such as LogMeIn and TeamViewer / Windows RDP.
• Log all IT problems and resolutions.
• Induct new staff on supported IT systems.
• Keep inventory of hardware and maintenance records.
