Job summary

SkinLab The Medical Spa Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive IT Support & Data Intern to support our headquarters and outlets across Singapore, with occasional involvement in Malaysia operations. You will gain hands-on experience in end-user IT support, device setup, Google Workspace administration, basic networking, and data preparation for reporting.

You will work with the IT team to resolve issues, document processes, and contribute to data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in IT/CS/IS/Data Analytics/Business Analytics/Data Engineering/Cybersecurity or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
• Assist with Windows, macOS, Google Workspace, email, MFA, VPN issues.
• Troubleshoot common hardware, software and connectivity problems.
• Support device setup and user account administration.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and asset management.
• Support outlet and POS systems, networks and reporting data preparation.
