Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Operations Support professional to assist walk-in customers and provide day-to-day IT support in Singapore. You will perform PC imaging, software and hardware installation, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security procedures are followed.

You will document IT systems, collaborate with other departments, assist in IT projects, research new technologies, and explore automation and AI-related tasks to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT with min 1 year of experience.
• Good knowledge of IT Operations supports.
• Basis Network and Media services supports knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Some experience in Automation, AI related tasks.
• Some knowledge in scripting skills with knowledge of programming languages, such as Python an added advantage.

Responsibilities
