The role involves hands-on troubleshooting of computer systems and mobile devices, ensuring secure network practices, and collaborating with vendors on new IT purchases. Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving and communication skills, with experience across installation, configuration, and support of tech products.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician.
• Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and apps.
• Experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of network security concepts.
• Liaise with vendors on IT purchases and implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
