Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our North-East Singapore team. You will deploy and troubleshoot applications at customer sites, delivering remote and on-site technical support and handling a range of hardware, software, and network issues.

Candidates should have an IT/Electrical background with on-site deployment experience, strong networking knowledge, and familiarity with Windows Command Line and IIS. SQL knowledge is an advantage and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• ITE, Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, IT or related field.
• Experience in on-site deployment, debugging and technical customer support.
• Strong knowledge of network setup and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Windows Command Line and IIS.
• SQL knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday; 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,700 + AWS + Performance Bonus
