Job summary

ALTROCKS TECH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a systems administrator to manage the Warehouse Management System and server infrastructure across multiple platforms. You will monitor performance, plan capacity, size infrastructure, and implement upgrades to ensure reliability and availability.

You will develop monitoring, disaster recovery, and backup procedures, support network components, enforce cybersecurity policies, and assist IT audits while supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience administering WMS and server infrastructures across multiple platforms.
• Knowledge of high availability (HA) systems and failover planning.
• Ability to review, tune and forecast system performance and capacity trends.
• Experience sizing and specifying system refreshes, installations, setups and configurations.

Responsibilities

• Provide system administration for Warehouse Management System and servers across platforms.
• Develop and maintain monitoring, backup, disaster recovery and DR testing procedures.
• Support and maintain network components including routers, switches and security devices.
• Enforce cybersecurity policy, IT compliance, hardening and assist IT audits.
• Manage system management tools and drive system infrastructure projects from planning to delivery.
• Provide ongoing support for warehouse operations and facilities.

Job description

• Provide system administration of Warehouse management system, serversmanagement on various platform.
• Knowledge of High Availability System.
• Review and improve system performance and capacity trends.
• Responsible for sizing and working out specification for system tech refresh, systems installation, setup and configuration.
• Develop procedures for all system monitoring and troubleshooting, Disaster recovery and system backup solutions.
• Support network (LAN & WAN) such as routers, network switches, firewall, WIFI controllers, Access points.
• Responsible for system management tools, cybersecurity policy, IT compliance& hardening and IT audit support.
• Handle new project management of system infrastructure projects.
• Provide support for operations.
