ONECONNECT FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY (SINGAPORE) CO. PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT support professional to provide reliable desktop and end-user assistance in our Singapore office. You will handle laptops, Windows systems, and standard office applications while coordinating onboarding and asset management.

The role involves IT operations, basic security tasks, and collaboration across teams in English and Mandarin. Familiarity with cloud platforms and scripting will help drive automation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 2–3 years hands-on desktop support or IT operations preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows, networking, and ticketing systems.
• Basic understanding of endpoint protection, patch management, and cloud operations (AWS/Azure).
• Mandarin proficiency required to liaise with China HQ and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level support for laptops, desktops, peripherals, Windows systems, and standard office apps.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain endpoints; assist with onboarding/offboarding and workstation setup.
• Manage IT requests and incidents through tickets, document resolutions, and meet service expectations.
