Job summary

PAN NATION PETRO-CHEMICAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. invites an IT Support Specialist to resolve user IT inquiries and provide comprehensive hardware, software, and network assistance in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrades of computers, printers and other IT equipment, while coordinating with external service providers and contributing to procedural documentation to prevent future issues.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in IT or CS.
• At least 2 years of IT applications, infrastructure support or service delivery.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, M365, SharePoint, Windows Server 2016, VPN, backup and security tools.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills; fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Handle user's IT-related inquiries and issues
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related problems
• Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors for hardware and software support and offer comprehensive support including procedural documentation to prevent future issues
• Assist with the installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrade of computers, printers, and other IT equipment
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in IT applications, infrastructure support and/or service delivery
• Knowledge and experience in key technologies such as Windows 10/11, M365, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Windows Server 2016, email Troubleshooting, Veeam backup, End-point Protection (Anti-Virus or EDR), VPN, PA and FortiGate Firewall will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
