The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore invites an experienced IT Solutions Architect / Sales Engineer to join our team at Tai Seng.

You will engage clients, translate business needs into technical plans, and design turnkey IT solutions that meet budget and timeline requirements. You should bring at least five years in presales for SME or enterprise ICT, strong knowledge of Windows and cloud infrastructure, and hands-on experience with virtualization, containers, and data protection.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of presales experience in SME or enterprise ICT solutions.
• Good understanding of enterprise ICT sales processes.
• Deep knowledge in at least 5 areas: Servers, Storage, Virtualisation (Vmware/HyperV), Containerized Architecture, Microsoft 365, Data protection, and Cloud solutions.
• Ability to plan, design and architect private, hybrid and/or public cloud solutions.

Responsabilités

• Engage potential and existing clients to understand their business, determine technical requirements and define the scope of work needed.
• Design and propose IT turnkey solutions based on client requirements with management team, and present designed solution to clients.
• Obtain and collate feedback and information from stakeholders including technology partners, project team and technical development team to ensure the technical and financial viability of the proposed turnkey solution.
• Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the tenders/bids and ensure all services are included in the final price to the clients.
• Ensure proper closure on sales activities and maintain documentation for presales and tender process.

Salary: $8,500 - $10,000 + Variable Bonus + Phone & Transport Allowance

Working Hours: Monday - Fridays, 9am - 6pm

Working Location: Tai Seng

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Min. 5 years of presales experience in SME or enterprise ICT Solution; ideally Windows and/or cloud-based Infrastructure offerings.
• Good understanding of enterprise sales processes for ICT solutions.
• Very in-depth Knowledge in at least 5 of the following areas: Servers, Storage, Virtualisation solutions (Vmware/HyperV), Containerized Architecture, Microsoft Suite of products, Data protection solution and Cloud solutions
• Ability to plan, design and architect private, hybrid and/or public cloud solutions.
