Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an IT Solutions Architect/Sales Engineer to engage clients, design turnkey ICT solutions, and lead presales activities.

Based in Tai Seng, you will assess business needs and translate them into technical, scalable cloud and hybrid infrastructure designs. You will work with management and technical teams to finalize proposals, price tender submissions, and ensure successful closure of sales with comprehensive documentation and strong

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of presales experience in SME or enterprise ICT solutions.
• Good understanding of enterprise ICT sales processes.
• In-depth knowledge in at least 5 areas: Servers, Storage, Virtualisation (VMware/HyperV), Containerised Architecture, Microsoft Suite, Data protection, Cloud.
• Ability to plan, design and architect private, hybrid and/or public cloud solutions.

IT Solutions Architect/ Sales Engineer

Salary: $8,500 - $10,000 + Variable Bonus + Phone & Transport Allowance

Working Hours: Monday - Fridays, 9am - 6pm

Working Location:Tai Seng

Responsibilities

• Engage potential and existing clients in order to understand their business, determinetechnical requirements and define the scope of work needed.
• Design and propose IT turnkey solutions based on client requirements withmanagement team, and present designed solution to clients.
• Obtain and collate feedback and information from a variety of stakeholders includingtechnology partners, project team and technical development team to ensure thetechnical and financial viability of the proposed turnkey solution.
• Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the tenders/ bids and ensure allservices are included in the final price to the clients.
• Ensure proper closure on sales activities.
• Ensure all documentation for presales and tender process are in order

Requirements

• Min. 5 years of presales experience in SME orenterprise ICT Solution; ideally Windowsand/or cloud-based Infrastructure offerings.
