Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Singapore seeks an experienced IT Integration and Data Analytics professional to implement and configure integrations between WMS/TMS and customer DHL systems. You will extract data for Power BI usage and support analytics initiatives using DHL platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Studies, Information Technology or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Integrations and digitalization projects.
• Experience in common B2B and B2C integration technologies (protocols, data mapping, API, visibility tools).
• Experience in Crystal Reports, Jasper Reports, SSRS or other reporting services.
• Excellent SQL skills, data analysis, and database design.
• Knowledge of VBA, PL/SQL and experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI an advantage).
• Good understanding of WMS/TMS/ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Project Management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure integrations between WMS and TMS, and between customer’s and DHL systems.
• Handle data extractions for Power BI usage.
• Fulfill data analytics requirements using DHL tools or platforms.
• Create and maintain technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure service requests and incidents are resolved within SLAs.
• Study and implement new IT solutions for the business in a timely and quality manner.
• Provide guidance to team members on newly implemented solutions.
• Manage projects as assigned from time to time.
• Participate in testing, training, implementation and post-implementation support.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues encountered by users.
• Work with IT vendors for application maintenance and technical services.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Senior Manager.

Requirements

• Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Project Management.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills and communications skills.
• Effective communication skills / interpersonal understanding.
