Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Singapore is seeking a Solution Enablement Manager to lead warehouse systems implementations and drive operational transformation across sites. You will act as trusted advisor to Operations, IT, and Engineering, champion best practices and ensure adoption of warehouse technologies for efficiency and service.

• Experience in supply chain, logistics or warehouse operations.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and stakeholders.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage projects.

As a Solution Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in driving warehouse systems excellence, operational transformation, and continuous improvement across our operations. Acting as a trusted advisor to Operations, IT, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will lead system implementations, champion best practices, and ensure the successful adoption of warehouse technologies that enable operational efficiency and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehouse Operations.
• Experience leading system implementations or operational projects.
• Continuous Improvement experience (Lean, Six Sigma or similar is advantageous).
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Project management experience is highly desirable.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable supporting multiple sites and regional projects.
