The role requires extensive experience in enterprise solutions architecture, a strong understanding of warehouse operations, and cloud capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise solutions architecture or related technology roles.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics operations and relevant tech solutions.
• Experience delivering large-scale automation for warehouse operations across multiple sites.
• Experience with cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of Agile/DevOps or modern software delivery practices is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Technical Solution Architect (WMS) to design and deliver scalable technology solutions for warehouse and logistics operations, providing architectural guidance across WMS, integrations, and automation technologies.

• Lead the design and delivery of technology solutions supporting warehouse and logistics operations;
  
• Translate business requirements into scalable and practical technology solutions;
  
• Oversee system architecture, integrations, and technology implementation across relevant platforms;
  
• Work closely with internal teams, customers, and technology partners to ensure successful solution delivery;
  
• Provide technical guidance throughout implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support;
  
• Ensure solutions meet appropriate standards for performance, security, reliability, and scalability;
  
• Support solution assessments, customer engagements, and technical discussions where required;
  
• Drive continuous improvement, standards and documentation, as well as best practices;
  
• Support regional and multi-site technology strategies.
  

Requirements

• Tertiary education in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology;
  
• At least 8 years of experience in enterprise solutions architecture or relevant technology roles;
  
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics operations and the relevant technology solutions;
  
• Experience in delivering large-scale automation solutions for warehouse operations across many sites;
  
• Experience in cloud technologies;
  
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, or modern software delivery practices is advantageous;
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
  
• Able to work effectively with business, technical, and external stakeholders.
