Job summary

ServiceOne Limited is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to deliver reliable IT services across assigned Singapore sites. You will serve as the primary local IT representative, ensuring user experience, operational continuity, and successful execution of technology initiatives.

You may also support OT and Laboratory IT environments following governance and quality requirements. The role emphasizes on-site duties, smart hands for network/server/telephony tasks, asset lifecycle

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT Support, Site Services or Infrastructure Support roles.
• Experience in supporting office, manufacturing, laboratory or logistics environments.
• Experience in working with vendors and cross-functional technology teams.
• Experience in IT projects, deployments and site technology changes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and remote troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and VIP requests.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, printing/scanning solutions, meeting room AV systems, and onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Coordinate warranty claims, break-fix activities, and vendor repairs; manage spare inventories.
• Provide local support for site infrastructure, network closets, communication rooms, and business continuity.
• Perform smart hands activities for network, server, telephony, and security teams; equipment deployment.
• Coordinate infrastructure installations, upgrades, maintenance, and relocations with minimal disruption.
• Manage end-user device provisioning, deployment, refresh cycles, and retirement processes.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, configuration records, and security compliance.
• Support asset audits, lifecycle governance, and secure hardware disposal.
• Execute site-based technology projects, office expansions, and workplace rollouts.
• Coordinate site readiness, local implementation activities, hardware refreshes, and infrastructure changes.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and user communication to ensure seamless adoption with minimal downtime.
• Coordinate onsite activities by suppliers and vendors; monitor service delivery quality.
• Build relationships with site stakeholders and represent IT in governance meetings.
