• Oversee maintenance, repair or replacement of faulty machines.
• Communicate with clients to identify requirements and facilitate meeting them.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware, software and IT systems.
• Oversee installation and setup of IT workstations and network.
• Supervise customer service team to ensure service standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, software and tools.
• Ensure security and integrity of information databases.
