• Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq is a plus.
• Computer science, product management-related degrees, or diplomas are a plus.
• Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professionals are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive business outcomes by taking on a product from end (problem definition) to end (release and continuous improvement).
• Interview stakeholders and users to understand the problem space and define the problem statement.
• Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding.
• Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress.
• Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and devise initiatives to drive product outcomes.
• Create a product roadmap and work with the team to ensure timely achievement of goals.
• Work with designers and software engineers to develop, test, and release products.
• Measure outcomes and continuously iterate the product to drive outcomes.
• Engage with and support users to drive product adoption.
