You will own end-to-end analysis from problem definition to release, drive dashboards and metrics, and help optimize processes to support growth through technology-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience in IT environments and SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Drive outcomes from problem definition to release and continuous improvement.
• Interview stakeholders and users to understand problems and define problem statements.
• Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding.
• Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress.
• Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and devise initiatives to drive outcomes.
• Create a product roadmap and work with the team to ensure timely achievement of goals.
• Work with designers and software engineers to develop, test, and release products.
• Measure outcomes and iterate the product to drive improvements.
• Engage with and support users to drive product adoption.
