The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in related roles, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.
• At least 3 years in roles like Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, System Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Owner, or IT Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a passion for understanding user needs and practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, PMs, and customers to define roadmaps, enhancements, and change requests.
• Participate in requirements gathering, feasibility studies, functional design, testing, UAT, and implementation activities.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs, user stories, workflows, wireframes, and test cases.
• Work with development teams to ensure solutions meet business and user needs.
• Conduct business and technical impact assessments for SaaS and enterprise apps enhancements.
