Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5-7 years of proven experience in business analysis or project management.
• Proficiency in business process re-engineering and workflow optimization.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and facilitation of Agile ceremonies.
• Experience applying generative AI solutions to business workflows.
• Knowledge of platforms like OpenAI or Google AI tools is desirable.
• Experience mentoring analysts and enabling team goals.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and prioritize business requirements with stakeholders for initiatives.
• Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose scalable improvements.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize processes aligned with objectives.
• Design secure, scalable solutions meeting Scoot’s needs and leverage generative AI.
• Create solution documentation including technical specs for stakeholders and developers.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and manage timelines, budgets, risks, and communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for change management, UAT, and deployment with security.
• Mentor and upskill BA team; develop guidelines and templates; foster knowledge sharing.
