Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. is seeking a Business Analyst to drive saas platform initiatives from problem identification through release and continuous improvement.

You will engage with stakeholders and end users to define business needs, prepare proposals for resource allocation, and define success metrics with dashboards to track performance. The role requires collaboration with design and engineering teams to deliver products, manage roadmaps, and ensure milestones are met while driving

Qualifications

• Experience driving business outcomes with measurable results.
• End-to-end product development with design and engineering teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Confluence, Jira and Balsamiq is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives end-to-end from problem identification to release and continuous improvement.
• Engage with stakeholders and end users to understand business needs and define problem statements.
• Prepare business proposals to justify resource allocation and secure funding.
• Define success metrics and create dashboards to track product performance.
• Develop product strategies and initiatives to drive business outcomes.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Collaborate with designers and software engineering teams to design, develop, test, and release products.
• Measure product outcomes and drive continuous improvements.
• Support end users and improve product adoption.
