Tap Growth ai is hiring a Business Analyst for our SaaS platform in Singapore. You will own product initiatives end-to-end, collaborating with design and engineering teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements and roadmaps.

You will define success metrics, build dashboards, engage with stakeholders, and drive adoption across the organization. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in driving business outcomes and delivering measurable results.
• End-to-end experience working with design and engineering teams to build and deliver products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior-level stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Own product initiatives end-to-end, from problem identification to release and continuous improvement.
• Engage with stakeholders and end users to understand business needs and define problem statements.
• Prepare business proposals to justify resource allocation and secure funding.
• Define success metrics and create dashboards to track product performance.
• Develop product strategies and initiatives to drive business outcomes.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Collaborate with designers and software engineering teams to design, develop, test, and release products.
• Measure product outcomes and drive continuous improvements.
• Support end users and improve product adoption.
