Challenger Technologies Limited is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and motivate our retail team in achieving monthly sales and membership targets. You will supervise daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive product knowledge across IT categories.

The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with strong communication skills, thrives in a dynamic retail environment, manages multiple priorities, and ensures safety and cleanliness across the store.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, motivate and communicate with colleagues to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and provide consumer advice on products.
• Organize store operations and allocate responsibilities to staff on ground.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Sign-up new members and meet targets for memberships.
• Deliver excellent customer service from start to end.
• Arrange and display retail merchandise as instructed.
• Daily housekeeping before opening and after closing to ensure cleanliness and safety.
