You will lead end-to-end recruitment processes by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match them with suitable opportunities, while managing client relationships and achieving recruitment and sales targets.

• Ability to work productively in a target-driven environment to meet recruitment goals.
• Good time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain strong client relationships to understand and fulfill hiring needs.
• Analyze job requirements to identify key candidate qualifications and skills.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess suitability for roles.
• Match candidates to appropriate job opportunities based on skills and client needs.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage the overall hiring process efficiently.
• Negotiate salary offers and placement terms to secure candidate acceptance.
• Achieve recruitment and sales targets by delivering quality placements.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and stay informed on market trends.
