IT Consultancy & Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT Purchasing & Asset Management Executive to manage IT assets, vendors and contracts. The role supports budgeting, forecasting and expense tracking while coordinating IT services procurement.

You will oversee the asset lifecycle, engage with third parties, and assist in risk reviews. Diploma or degree in IT is required, with strong communication and organizational abilities.

• End-to-end IT asset management experience.
• Experience in vendor management and contract management.
• IT procurement across software, hardware, and services.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Understanding of asset lifecycle and procurement processes.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with vendors, finance and users on IT services ordering and maintenance.
• Oversee IT asset management lifecycle.
• Maintain IT forecast, budget, accruals and expenses.
• Assist IT contract engagement and third-party risk reviews.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison support to manage vendors, finance and users on ordering and maintenance of IT services, equipment, and software.
• Handle and oversee IT asset management lifecycle.
• Maintain IT forecast & budget, accrual, and expenses.
• Assist IT contract engagement, third-party risk assessment, and service level review.
• Perform any other tasks and ad-hoc duty assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Experience in end-to-end IT asset management, vendor management, and contract management.
• Experience in IT procurement, including software, hardware, and IT-related services.
• Experience in IT budgeting, financial forecasting, expense tracking, and reporting
• Good understanding of IT asset lifecycle management, procurement processes, and vendor coordination.
