Job summary

IT Consultancy & Services Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Procurement & Asset Management Executive to oversee the asset lifecycle and collaborate with vendors, finance, and end users on IT purchases and services.

The role requires hands-on experience in IT asset management, procurement of software/hardware/services, and budgeting/forecasting with strong vendor coordination capabilities.

Qualifications

• End-to-end IT asset management experience.
• Experience in vendor and contract management.
• Experience in IT procurement of software, hardware, and services.
• Experience in IT budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking and reporting.
• Understanding of IT asset lifecycle and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle and oversee IT asset management lifecycle.
• Liaise with vendors, finance and users on ordering and maintenance of IT services, equipment, and software.
• Maintain IT forecast, budget, accrual, and expenses.
• Assist IT contract engagement, third-party risk assessment, and service level review.
• Perform other tasks and ad-hoc duties.

Responsibilities

• Handle and oversee IT asset management lifecycle.
• Act as liaison support to manage vendors, finance and users on ordering and maintenance of IT services, equipment, and software.
• Maintain IT forecast & budget, accrual, and expenses.
• Assist IT contract engagement, third-party risk assessment, and service level review.
• Perform any other tasks and ad-hoc duty assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Experience in end-to-end IT asset management, vendor management, and contract management.
• Experience in IT procurement, including software, hardware, and IT-related services.
• Experience in IT budgeting, financial forecasting, expense tracking, and reporting
• Good understanding of IT asset lifecycle management, procurement processes, and vendor coordination.
