Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals and organizational standards.

You will drive planning, monitor progress, and oversee risks, budgets, and documentation while coordinating cross-functional teams and collaborating with sales to develop tailored solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent.
• PMP/CITPM certification is a must.
• At least 4–5 years of experience with minimum 3 years in IT project management.
• Experience with ECM software such as OpenText and EMC Documentum is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive comprehensive project planning and resource scheduling, ensuring alignment with client goals and organizational standards.
• Monitor project tracking, focusing on deliverables, financials, operational efficiency, and adherence to documentation protocols.
• Implement robust risk management strategies and quality assurance measures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead all phases of project implementation, maintaining rigorous oversight to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to develop tailored solution proposals for prospective clients, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless delivery of project operations and achieve client objectives.

Stakeholder Management

• Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to assess project requirements and develop effective execution strategies.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations that align with their strategic goals.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent, with PMP/CITPM certification is a must
• At least 4 to 5 years’ working experience, with min 3 years’ IT Project Management.
• Demonstrated experience with Electronic Content Management (ECM) software, including OpenText and EMC Documentum, is a valuable asset.
