Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to drive end-to-end project delivery in Singapore. You will plan resources, align with client goals, and oversee execution across all phases to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT with PMP/CITPM certification, plus 4–5 years of IT PM experience (including 2+ years on government projects) and familiarity with ECM tools like OpenText and EMC Documentum.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent; PMP/CITPM certification is a must.
4–5 years' working experience (min 2 years in government projects) and min 3 years IT Project Management.
Demonstrated experience with Electronic Content Management (ECM) software such as OpenText and EMC Documentum is valuable.
Ability to mentor and lead the team; customer-focused and results-driven.

Responsibilities

Drive comprehensive project planning and resource scheduling aligned with client goals and standards.
Monitor project tracking: deliverables, financials, efficiency, and documentation compliance.
Implement risk management and quality assurance throughout the lifecycle.
Lead all phases of project implementation to meet deadlines and budget.
