Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery for government and other clients. The role emphasizes rigorous planning, stakeholder engagement, and adherence to ECM standards.

You will drive project planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination, while mentoring the team and ensuring successful on-time, on-budget outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or equivalent; PMP/CITPM certification is a must.
• 4–5 years of IT project management experience, with at least 2 years in government projects.
• Experience with Electronic Content Management (ECM) software is a plus; OpenText and EMC Documentum are valuable assets.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent, with PMP/CITPM certification is a must
• At least 4 to 5 years’ working experience (min 2 years in government projects), with min 3 years’ IT Project Management.
• Demonstrated experience with Electronic Content Management (ECM) software, including OpenText and EMC Documentum, is a valuable asset.
• Ability to provide mentorship and leadership to the team
• A results-driven mindset with a strong customer focus and dedication to achieving project success.
