Qualifications

• Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to travel locally to customer sites as required.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

As a Project Manager, you will coordinate project schedules, budgets, issues, and risks to ensure smooth and organized project execution. The role involves supporting project management activities, maintaining communication across teams, and ensuring milestones are met according to plan. You will operate in a dynamic environment, requiring attention to detail, accountability, and strong collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities | CORE

• Ensure team members have the tools and resources required to execute project tasks
• Create and maintain project schedules with defined milestones, due dates, and resource estimates
• Prepare and submit project plans and reports for review and approval by project management
• Coordinate project documentation for all phases and prepare summary reports for review committees
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate project information including progress, tasks, deliverables, and financial tracking
• Assist the Project Manager in communication, order processing, and workstream coordination
• Ensure documentation repositories are organized and accessible for all stakeholders
• Lead assigned project tasks independently with accountability and dependability
• Support the execution of IT infrastructure projects across different workstreams

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Three years of project administration experience in IT infrastructure development, implementation, or support
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
• Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude and strong interpersonal abilities
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships across teams
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Ability to travel locally to customer sites as required
