Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a professional to partner with business units and IT to gather requirements, review solutions, and ensure end-to-end system and process delivery and testing. You will implement and support digital customer journeys to improve both customer and employee experiences.

Collaborate with regional teams to re-engineer processes, oversee smooth operational rollouts, and drive automation to transform operations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Business Units and IT partners in business requirement gathering, solution/functional review and ensure the end-to-end system & process delivery and testing
• Implement and support digital customer journeys to further improve both customer and employee experience
• Work with regional country and functional teams to design, re-engineer the process, as well as implement operation solutions
• Ensure the smooth operational rollout
• Re-engineer the end-to-end process, analyse and review operations solutions
• Implement automation agenda to transform operations
• To conduct requirement gathering workshop, Review and documenting requirements artefacts
• To review functional specifications and process define documents
• Coordinate and ensures UAT test plans and test case are executed within UAT schedule
• Post-production support, production issues review and track them to closure
• Work closely with regional teams and country teams to ensure timely delivery of project
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
