Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking personnel to collaborate with Business Units and IT to gather requirements, review solutions and ensure end-to-end system and process delivery and testing.

The role focuses on implementing and supporting digital customer journeys, designing and re-engineering processes with regional teams, and driving automation across operations. You will ensure smooth rollout and post-production support.

Responsibilities

• Work with Business Units and IT to gather requirements, review solutions, and ensure end-to-end delivery and testing
• Implement and support digital customer journeys to improve customer and employee experience
• Collaborate with regional country and functional teams to re-engineer processes and implement operational solutions
• Ensure smooth operational rollout of initiatives
• Re-engineer end-to-end processes, analyze and review operations solutions
• Drive automation initiatives to transform operations
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and document artefacts
• Review functional specifications and process definitions
• Coordinate UAT test plans and test cases within schedule
• Provide post-production support and track issues to closure
• Work with regional and country teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Business Units and IT partners in business requirement gathering, solution/functional review and ensure the end-to-end system & process delivery and testing


• Implement and support digital customer journeys to further improve both customer and employee experience


• Work with regional country and functional teams to design, re-engineer the process, as well as implement operation solutions


• Ensure the smooth operational rollout


• Re-engineer the end-to-end process, analyse and review operations solutions


• Implement automation agenda to transform operations


• To conduct requirement gathering workshop, Review and documenting requirements artefacts


• To review functional specifications and process define documents


• Coordinate and ensures UAT test plans and test case are executed within UAT schedule


• Post-production support, production issues review and track them to closure


• Work closely with regional teams and country teams to ensure timely delivery of project


• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
