Goldtech Resources Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise technology programmes across CRM, loyalty, marketing and digital platforms. You will own projects from planning through implementation and handover, collaborating with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors and partners.

The role requires strong governance, budgeting and stakeholder management, with proven delivery in both Agile and Waterfall environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT project management experience on complex technology initiatives.
• Experience delivering CRM, Loyalty, Marketing or E-Commerce COTS platforms.
• Strong Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder, budgeting and vendor management skills.
• Hospitality or entertainment industry exposure is a plus.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise technology projects across CRM, loyalty, marketing and digital platforms.

The role will take ownership of projects from planning through implementation and handover, working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors and external partners. The successful candidate should have strong project governance, stakeholder management, budget management and delivery experience across both Agile and Waterfall environments.

Experience delivering Salesforce Loyalty, CRM, Marketing, E-Commerce or similar COTS platforms will be highly advantageous. The client's original requirement specifically identifies these areas and prefers exposure to integrated resorts, hospitality or entertainment environments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Governance

• Lead technology projects from initiation, planning and execution through implementation and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, budgets and delivery timelines.
• Track project progress and address schedule, scope or delivery issues promptly.
• Identify project risks, dependencies and potential issues, and establish appropriate mitigation plans.
• Manage project changes and ensure requirements remain aligned with business objectives.
• Apply suitable project delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality and business requirements.
• Coordinate project handover, documentation and closure activities.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Act as the key coordination point between business users, technology teams, vendors and other project stakeholders.
• Provide clear and regular updates on project status, risks, dependencies and key decisions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to support successful delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, resolve issues and drive timely decision-making.
• Manage conflicts and negotiate solutions where project priorities or requirements differ.

Budget, Resources & Commercial Management

• Manage project budgets and monitor expenditure against approved plans.
• Plan and coordinate project resources to support delivery requirements.
• Work with procurement and vendors on external services, contracts and project-related requirements.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure contractual deliverables are met.

Continuous Improvement

• Review completed projects and capture lessons learned.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and ways of working.
• Support continuous improvement across project governance and delivery practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Project Management or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of IT project management experience, with experience delivering complex technology projects.
• Experience managing CRM, Loyalty, Marketing, E-Commerce or other enterprise COTS platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce Loyalty or Salesforce-related projects would be a strong advantage.
• Hospitality, integrated resort or entertainment industry experience would be advantageous.
• Strong practical experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Good understanding of project budgeting, resource planning, procurement and vendor/contract management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong risk management, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
