Job summary

Goldtech Resources Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise technology programmes across CRM, loyalty, marketing and digital platforms. You will own projects from planning through implementation and handover, collaborating with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors and partners.

The role requires strong governance, budgeting and stakeholder management, with proven delivery in both Agile and Waterfall environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT project management experience on complex technology initiatives.
• Experience delivering CRM, Loyalty, Marketing or E-Commerce COTS platforms.
• Strong Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder, budgeting and vendor management skills.
• Hospitality or entertainment industry exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects from initiation to closure with governance.
• Define scope, deliverables, schedules and resources.
• Develop plans, budgets and delivery timelines; track progress.
• Manage risks, dependencies and changes; ensure quality.
• Coordinate handover and project closure with stakeholders and vendors.
