Job summary

Trinity-Consulting-Services-Pte.-Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced project manager or technical project manager to lead multi-million dollar IT initiatives from contract award to system commissioning in a complex environment.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in engineering or CS/IT, 5+ years in project management, proficiency with Waterfall and Agile, CRM delivery experience, and the ability to lead diverse teams and present to Steering Committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer/Telecommunication, CS or IT.
• 5+ years of experience as project manager or technical project manager with track record on multi-million IT projects.
• Experience in Waterfall/ Agile delivery in a systems integrator/services vendor environment.
• Experience delivering CRM projects or equivalent solutions.
• Experience delivering multiplatform IT projects (cloud, on-premises, SaaS).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamic project teams.
• Strong customer and team player with ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Able to present to Steering Committees.
• Strong competency in managing multidisciplinary teams and priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project or other project management reporting tools.

Job description

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology, or equivalent.

More than 5 years of experience (as project manager or technical project manager) and proficient in project management with a proven track record of completing multi-million dollar IT projects from contract award to system commissioning within a technically complex and demanding environment.

Project management experience in a systems integrator/services vendor organization using Waterfall/agile delivery methodology is an advantage.

Experience in delivery of CRM projects or equivalent solutions will be an added advantage.

Experience in the delivery of multiplatform technology-based IT projects comprising cloud, on-premises, and SaaS environments.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamic project teams.

Strong customer and team player with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams towards common objectives.

Able to work with and present to Steering Committees.

Strong competency and experience in managing and motivating multidisciplinary teams

Self-motivated, result-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with priorities.

Proficient with Microsoft Project or other project management reporting tools.

Certifications in project management such as PMP and CITPM

Effective communications and presentation skills, both written and oral.
