OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks an experienced Scrum Master to coach teams on Agile values and drive Scrum events, ensuring delivery of value.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of hands-on IT project management experience.
  • Deep knowledge of Scrum/ Agile values and principles.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes in Consumer/ Corporate Banking channels.
  • Experience delivering projects related to Assisted Channels platforms, Branch Banking Systems, CRM, or Customer Service Channels is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with ability to influence at all levels, including senior management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Self-starter with servant leadership and team-building skills.
  • Creative problem solver able to navigate ambiguity.

What you do

Who you work with

Group Operations & Technology co-creates products and solutions, building the underlying technology applications and services, and managing the Group's IT operations & cyber defence. You will be working with Technology and Business stakeholders, particularly in Consumer Banking digital channels.

Who you are
  • At Least10 years of hands-on experience in IT Project Management, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services industry.

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of Scrum/ Agile values and principles

  • Good knowledge in end-to-end business process in Consumer/ Corporate Banking's Channels

  • Experience in delivering projects related to Assisted Channels platforms, Branch Banking Systems, CRM, or Customer Service Channels is preferred

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams.

  • Strong team player in the wider Agile community

  • Effective listener with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, vendors, and external partners.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong servant leadership mindset with excellent relationship-building and team collaboration skills.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage expectations and influence decision-making at all levels, including senior management.

  • Strong risk, issue, dependency, and change management experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to influence without formal authority

  • Proactive, creative individual who is willing and able to challenge the status quo when needed
