Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead trade financing initiatives within Group Operations and Technology. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end process improvements, agile adoption, and strong stakeholder collaboration to drive transformational outcomes.

You will mentor teams, manage backlogs, and partner with stakeholders to ensure value delivery while upholding high standards of communication and leadership within a 100% on-site, office-based setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Project Management experience, preferably within the Financial Institutions sector and in Trade Finance space.
• Bonus: Have at least 3+yrs of experience handling Trade Finance project(s), worth >1mil SGD in the Financial sector.
• Deep expertise in project management methodologies and Agile frameworks.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in the trade and supply chain finance domain.
• Proven ability to work effectively as a team player within a broader project management community.
• Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills with a knack for thinking outside the box.
• Self-starter with exceptional servant leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Proactive and innovative mindset, comfortable challenging the status quo when necessary.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage expectations without formal authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Project Managers

We are looking for motivated Project Managers to join us on this journey. As a Project Manager within our Trade Financing team, you will work closely with Technology and Business stakeholders to drive impactful change across front-to-back processes as part of the trade finance modernisation programme. You will be part of a dynamic team of highly motivated and skilled project managers who excel at delivering results through end-to-end problem solving and creative, out-of-the-box thinking.
