Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead agile transformation and delivery on wealth platform projects. You’ll drive servant leadership, enable teams to own their work, and remove roadblocks across IT and business stakeholders.

You’ll excel if you empower teams, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong Scrum practice and analytics are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience as a project manager or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum practices.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Execution and Delivery of complex Order Management & Execution projects in wealth platform.
  • Collaborate across several IT and business team to ensure your project objectives are met.
  • Facilitate Squad cadences for Agile squads. Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices
  • Remove impediments and help teams resolve conflicts
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Weekly / Monthly performing reporting for squads and teams.

What you do

Who you are


  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

  • At least 12 years of experience as a Project Manager in a related role

  • Strong working knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum practices

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
