Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Corporate (Credit Origination and Processing) team. You will collaborate with Technology and Business stakeholders to drive changes across the credit origination and processing domain, delivering end-to-end results.

The role requires 8+ years in project management within financial services, strong Agile expertise, and the ability to manage large projects (>1 million SGD).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Project Management experience in financial services, corporate credit origination and processing.
• Bonus: at least 3+ years of experience handling projects worth >1mil SGD in the financial sector.
• Deep expertise in project management methodologies and Agile frameworks.
• End-to-end business knowledge of corporate credit processing from proposition initiation to facility, collateral, and limits management.
• Proven ability to work effectively as a team player within a project management community.
• Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving and proactive leadership.

• Coach and mentor teams to embrace and deliver outcomes aligned with Agile values and principles.
• Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress.
• Support Product Owners in backlog management to maximise team value delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of hands‑on Project Management experience, preferably within the financial services environment, corporate credit origination and processing domain.
• Bonus: Have at least 3+yrs of experience handling project(s), worth >1mil SGD in the Financial sector
• Deep expertise in project management methodologies and Agile frameworks.
• Possess end to end business knowledge of corporate credit processing all the way from credit proposition initiation via loan origination system to facility, collateral implementation and consolidated limits management.
• Proven ability to work effectively as a team player within a broader project management community.
• Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated creative problem‑solving skills with a knack for thinking outside the box.
• Self‑starter with exceptional servant leadership and team‑building capabilities.
• Proactive and innovative mindset, comfortable challenging the status quo when necessary.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage expectations without formal authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Note: This is a 100% Work‑in‑office role, based primarily at Tampines/ Punggol and/or Raffles Place.
