Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on IT project manager to lead initiatives from initiation to completion at Changi Airport. You will coordinate with vendors and system integrators, perform troubleshooting, and support production operations, including VAPT activities.

The role requires a diploma or degree in IT/CS/Engineering and demonstrated ownership of projects. Basic Python/JavaScript scripting is expected to automate tests and validate data.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT project management and demonstrated ability to drive and take ownership of projects.
• Exposure to or interest in IT project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project activities from initiation to completion with a hands-on approach.
• Work closely with vendors and system integrators for project implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze issues and perform troubleshooting independently, reducing reliance on external vendors.
• Support vendor production operations, including privileged access reviews and coordination of VAPT activities.
• Validate vendor deliverables, including performing API testing to ensure quality and requirements are met.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and coordinating project communications.
• Prepare materials for meetings and document key decisions and action items.
• Track project costs and manage maintenance contract renewals.
• Support procurement activities for new projects and enhancements.
• Use basic coding (Python/JavaScript) to write simple test scripts, automate tasks, and verify data accuracy.
