Job summary

Beyondsoft Singapore is seeking a capable Projects Manager to coordinate project planning, timelines, and delivery across stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors. The role involves gathering requirements, overseeing SIT/UAT and go-live activities, and managing risks and dependencies to ensure a smooth production rollout.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/degree in IT or related field and at least 3 years of project management experience with BA exposure and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is required.
• 3 years of project manager experience with exposure to project coordination or delivery.
• Experience in project implementation (SIT, UAT, go-live support).
• Basic experience in requirements gathering or business analysis is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, timelines, and coordination to ensure smooth delivery.
• Work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment.
• Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements (BA exposure is an advantage).
• Support end-to-end system implementation, including SIT, UAT, deployment, and go-live.
• Track and manage project risks, issues (Sev 1 / Sev 2), and dependencies.
• Coordinate across infrastructure, system, and application teams during execution.
• Prepare and present project status reports, including risks and issue updates.
• Facilitate meetings, discussions, and solution walkthroughs when required.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and support smooth production rollout.
• Work with operations teams for handover and post-go-live support readiness.
