Job summary

Changi Airport Group is seeking a seasoned professional to manage and coordinate systems development for Changi East projects. You will handle planning and design, execution, monitoring, and integration of ELV and Control Systems, leading contractors, consultants and users to ensure deliverables meet requirements on time and within budget.

The role requires strong communication, independent work, and proven project management capabilities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• A good degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Atleast 15years of relevant working experience in developing, delivering, and monitoring of projects and control systems.
• Good knowledge of software, database and network systems, standard interface communication protocol, OT cybersecurity and/or interfacing, and integration with electrical/mechanical systems is essential.
• Experience in systems integration for site-wide complex systems such as Integrated Building Management System, SCADA, Airfield Lighting Control System, ELV Systems, Internet-of-Things systems will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and issues effectively.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver results through effective project management.
• A good team player who thrives in fast-paced and dynamic project environments.
• Self-motivated, analytical, assertive, and results-driven.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.
• This is a contract position.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate systems development for Changi East projects.
• Involve in planning and design, execution, monitoring, and integration of ELV and Control Systems.
• Lead and work closely with contractors, consultants and users to meet project requirements and ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality deliverables.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation measures.
