Job summary

alphaeus pte ltd in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support IT application and infrastructure projects. You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to plan, track and deliver milestones.

Diploma/Degree in IT and 1-3 years of IT project coordination/administration experience are required; travel to customer sites may be needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 1-3 years IT project coordination/administration experience.
• Exposure to IT infrastructure, application development, implementation or support.
• Familiarity with project management/collaboration tools.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, schedules, timelines, and resource coordination.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Provide regular project status updates and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate across developers, infrastructure, cybersecurity teams, users, and vendors.
• Support testing, deployment planning, and post-implementation activities.
