Job summary

You will compile information, prepare agendas, document minutes, and assist in quality control and post-implementation activities to drive project success. Requires a degree in IT/CS and at least two years of IT project management experience, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; Confluence/Jira preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compile and organize comprehensive project information to support decisions.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders and vendors.
• Prepare detailed meeting agendas and document minutes.
• Follow up on actions to ensure timely completion and accountability.
• Provide regular status updates to the Project Manager.
• Maintain and organize project documentation with version control.
