Job summary

PERSOL OUTSOURCING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring for a hands-on IT project management role at Changi Airport.

The position focuses on coordinating projects end-to-end, working with vendors and system integrators, and ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environment. You will analyze issues, support production operations, conduct basic scripting in Python/JavaScript, and manage procurement and maintenance renewals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS, Eng or related field.
• Proven IT project management experience with ownership.
• Exposure to IT project management is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript to write simple scripts for testing and validation.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and supporting production operations.
• Familiarity with privileged access reviews and VAPT is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project activities from initiation to completion with a hands-on approach.
• Work closely with vendors and system integrators for project implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze issues and perform troubleshooting independently, reducing reliance on external vendors.
• Support vendor production operations, including privileged access reviews and coordination of VAPT activities.
• Validate vendor deliverables, including performing API testing to ensure quality and requirements are met.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and coordinating project communications.
• Prepare materials for meetings and document key decisions and action items.
• Track project costs and manage maintenance contract renewals.
• Support procurement activities for new projects and enhancements.
• Use basic coding (Python/JavaScript) to write simple test scripts, automate tasks, and verify data accuracy.

• Proven experience in IT project management and demonstrated ability to drive andtake ownershipof projects

• Exposure to or interest in IT project management is preferred

• Basic knowledge and skills of Python or JavaScript with the ability to write simple scripts to automate testing and validation

• Experienced in managing vendor relationships and supporting production operations

• Familiarity with privilegedaccess reviews and VAPTis an added advantage
